Wireattire Technology Private Limited users are required to adhere to certain Terms & Conditions associated with Theroyalplayer. While using the services provided by Theroyalplayer, the users must follow the terms and conditions of Theroyalplayer.
The Theroyalplayer app is neither affiliated with nor associated with any private or government sports league or Contest. Aside from this, the Theroyalplayer app does not claim any affiliation with any of the official or non-official sports teams or players.
When Theroyalplayer is used as a single entity anywhere in this document and all sections of T&C, it refers to both the Theroyalplayer.com website and the Theroyalplayer app available in the android.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Theroyalplayer app contains a group of content entirely created by Theroyalplayer, the partners of Theroyalplayer, licensors, associates, and/or Users of Theroyalplayer.
All materials or content published on Theroyalplayer.com may not be modified, published, transmitted, transferred, purchased, copied, reproduced, distributed, performed, displayed, or exploited in any manner until and unless permission is granted from the Theroyalplayer team.
Theroyalplayer users certify that they hold and own all Intellectual Property Rights in their own content and that nothing uploaded or posted by them as part of their content violates any third-party rights.
By accepting the terms and agreeing to grant its affiliates, partners, licensors and associates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the users' content for any of the following purposes: Users' Content can be displayed on Theroyalplayer.com, distributed electronically or through other media, to other Users seeking to download or acquire it, and stored in a remote database accessible by end-users for a fee.

Those who use Theroyalplayer ervices acknowledge and accept any changes that may be made from time to time to the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of usage already established by Theroyalplayer.
Theroyalplayer reserves the right to refrain the User from using the services and features provided by Theroyalplayer at its sole & absolute discretion if the User refuses to accept the changes in these Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use.).
You can deactivate or delete a User's account and all associated information and files; you can move, move, or remove any material you submit to Theroyalplayer.com; you can set general practices and limits concerning Theroyalplayer.com.
Revise or make additions to the roster of players available for selection in a Contest based on revisions to the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event. Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts here under to any entity (post intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all Users to their registered email ids) Theroyalplayer holds all the rights to restrict, suspend or terminate a user's access to all or any part of Theroyalplayer.com or the Features provided by Theroyalplayer, deactivate or delete user account and information, delete user content without any prior notice to the User if any user is found or believed to be breaching the Terms and Conditions defined by Theroyalplayer or using Theroyalplayer.com or the Features provided by Theroyalplayer illegally or inappropriately.
Further, Theroyalplayer is authorized to take any technical or legal action against the User if necessary.
THIRD-PARTY SITES, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
There may be various links to other Internet sites owned and operated by third parties on Theroyalplayer.com, which may contain different conditions for users' use. The Theroyalplayer authorities do not hold any control or responsibilities for internet sites apart from Theroyalplayer. and thus, it shall not be held responsible for any content posted on any third-party Internet site.
Moreover, the involvement of Theroyalplayer with any of these third-party Internet sites or their content does not constitute an endorsement of those websites by Theroyalplayer.
Theroyalplayer is neither associated with nor responsible for correspondence, transactions, or all other activities involving third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers on Theroyalplayer.com.
Users' involvements with third parties are entirely dependent on their terms and conditions, policies and service terms, which they are solely responsible for reviewing before transacting with or availing of any of the services. With the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Theroyalplayer by the users, they agree that Theroyalplayer will not be liable for any sort of damage or loss suffered by the users resulting from any sort of transactions, correspondences, or any other related activities with third parties.
Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any third-party product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor.
Theroyalplayer does not hold responsibility for the accuracy, integrity or the quality of the content created and posted by any of the third parties and such content may not be relied upon by the Users in terms of using the features provided by the Theroyalplayer platform or taking part in any of the contests hosted on the Theroyalplayer platform.
PRIVACY POLICY
All sort of user information collected by Theroyalplayer in terms of personal details and payment information at the time of registration is subjected to the Privacy Policy of Theroyalplayer, which the users at Privacy Policy can review. The users hold the sole responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. In the event of any misuse of the linked payment accounts of the User, Theroyalplayer is not liable; further, the misuse of the linked payment accounts of the User should be reported to Theroyalplayer as soon as it becomes apparent to the User.
In case of any loss or damage faced by the User due to the failure to abide by these rules and regulations, Theroyalplayer hall not be held responsible. The individuals using services offered by the Theroyalplayer platform provide their consent of not copying or modifying the technology and software associated with Theroyalplayer and Features.
REGISTRATION
Participants from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana entering any contest(s) organized by Theroyalplayer will not be permitted to participate in any round in the paid version. In order to verify PAN cards, users' photocopies of the PAN cards cannot be scanned. A full image of the original PAN card must be uploaded for PAN verification. If you are uploading an E-PAN card for the PAN card verification process, then both the front and back of the E-PAN card must be scanned.
PLAY FORMATS
Theroyalplayer offers its services, contests, or fun features under two different types of Play Formats, namely Regular Play and Safe Play. The Regular Play option of Theroyalplayer enables the User to create or edit his/her teams and play the game within a certain time limit.
On the other hand, the Safe Play aspect of Theroyalplayer allows users who participate in or avail of the services, contests, or offers offered by Theroyalplayer to take advantage of extended deadlines. Players participating in leagues under the Safe Play option are allowed to create or edit their teams up until the very last moment, i.e., before the actual match begins.
CONTEST FORMATS
Theroyalplayer offers users the possibility of creating a private league with multiple winners; that is, the winnings can be distributed among several winning players in a predefined manner. A private league requires the invited User to fill out the contest code, followed by the payment of the contest entry amount, and only the invited User will be considered a participant.
Private leagues are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. When the private league reaches the required number of participants, it will be considered operative and no other user will be able to participate in the Contest. The participation of any invited user in any of the private contests created by any user is dependent entirely on the predetermined number of participants.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest (s) are open only to persons residing in India at the time of entry. Individuals residing in the Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana may not participate in the paid version of the Contest at this time. These states prohibit the participation of persons in skill-based games requiring payment to enter.
VERIFICATION AND SELECTION OF WINNERS AND WINNING CONDITIONS
The winners will be selected; however, if the number of pre-designated winners is defined as more than one by Theroyalplayer, the winners will be determined by the order in which their aggregate scores are ranked at the end of the designated round of the Contest.
Theroyalplayer hall designate, before the game begins, the number of winners and winners' cash to be announced on the Contest page. When there is a tie between the winners, the winning users shall be declared winners, and the winnings shall be equally divided.
When the users fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions defined by Theroyalplayer, then Theroyalplayer will not be liable to pay any winnings in connection with the use of Theroyalplayer.com, Contests, Fantasy Rules, etc.
(This is where Theroyalplayer will inform users of the documents required to collect the winnings. Theroyalplayer will publish the list of participants on a separate web page on Theroyalplayer.com and separately notify the winners through email.
Theroyalplayer has the right to disqualify anyone playing the paid versions of the Contest (s) if they are identified as residents of one of the above-mentioned Indian states and forfeit any winnings earned by such participants.
If in the case of a head-to-head contest, both the users tend to have the same team with the same players as well as the captain & vice-captain, no winner will be declared in such cases and the contest entry amount of both the users will be refunded to their Theroyalplayer User Account.
When a user wins a free league organized by Theroyalplayer, the winning amount will be credited to the User's account, which can then be used to join further paid leagues organized by Theroyalplayer. You cannot withdraw it or use it for anything except joining other leagues if you win. (If any individual under the age of 18 is found participating in a contest organized by Theroyalplayer, then Theroyalplayer reserves the right to disqualify the individual and forfeit his or her winnings)
Theroyalplayer can suspend or terminate the accounts of such participants. Winners of Contest(s) organized by Theroyalplayer have the right to modify or change the winnings offered to them, provided they do not dispute the decision of Theroyalplayer regarding the winning modification. We shall not be held responsible or liable for damages or losses incurred in transporting the winnings. The customers must meet all shipping and courier charges in connection with their winnings.
If you win cash, you are responsible for the transaction fees. Winnings given to participants declared the winners of Contest (s) organized by Theroyalplayer are not transferable and not refundable. Those winnings cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or kind.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The company has all the rights to cancel or withdraw any ongoing Contest(s) if it determines that complying with any governmental, statutory or regulatory requirements, requirements or approvals is necessary or if any ongoing Contest(s) violates the legal guidelines or is prohibited by the legal authorities. The individuals using the services provided by Theroyalplayer agree not to file any claims related to such cancellation or withdrawal. Employees, directors, affiliates, relatives, and family members of Theroyalplayer are not eligible to participate in any Contest(s).
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
Users agree to access and use the Features provided by Theroyalplayer voluntarily and at their own risk. Further, accepting not to hold Theroyalplayer responsible or liable on account of any loss or damage sustained, including (but not limited to) any accident, injury, death, loss of property by Users or any other person or entity during access to the Features (including participation in the Contest (s)) or as a result of acceptance of any winnings.
The individuals using the services or Features provided by Theroyalplayer reimburse Theroyalplayer and/ or any of its directors, employees, partners, associates and licensors, from and against all the responsibility, liability, cost, loss or expense faced by the User due to their access to the Features including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission on their part, or otherwise. Theroyalplayer hall not be held responsible either jointly or individually, for any sort of errors or omissions, neither on behalf of itself nor on behalf of third parties in terms of the winnings.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the User accepts that he/she shall be held solely responsible for any consequences arising due to an event wherein a user carries out any sort of illegal act due to the non-conformity with these Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations in relation to Features, including the provision of an incorrect address or other personal details.
The users provide their consent to defend and hold Theroyalplayer harmless from any third party/entity/organization claims arising due to or associated with the User's involvement with Theroyalplayer.com or his/her participation in any Contest(s) organized on Theroyalplayer platform.
The individuals using the Features and services provided by Theroyalplayer, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, agree that Theroyalplayer hall not be held responsible alongside waiving and releasing each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against Theroyalplayer, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) faced due to the Features or associated with the Contests or the winnings of the Contests.
MISCELLANEOUS
In alignment with certain legislation, Theroyalplayer is bound to notify the users regarding various events. Theroyalplayer hall not be held responsible for any loss of information or failing to notify the User if the User fails to provide adequate and accurate information at the time of registration.
(By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the users provide their consent that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action faced due to or associated with the use of Theroyalplayer.com or these Terms must be filed within thirty (30) days of such claim or cause of action arising or be forever barred.
Theroyalplayer is authorized to moderate, restrict or ban the use of the Theroyalplayer.com by any particular user or generally, in alignment to the Theroyalplayer 's policy/policies from time to time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any notice. Theroyalplayer holds all the rights to permanently close or temporarily suspend any Features (including any Contest(s)).
VERIFICATION
In order to create, register and operate an account with Theroyalplayer, the users need to verify personal and contact information, including (i) Mobile Number, (ii) Email Address, (iii) Pan Card Details; and (iv) Bank Account Details such as Name, Bank Name, DOB, Branch, IFSC Code, State.
The images provided by the individuals using the services and Features provided by Theroyalplayer hould be scanned copies of the original documents. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the users provide their consent to provide adequate and accurate information at verification.
Theroyalplayer reserves all the rights to reject the verification application in an event wherein the PAN card details and account details of the User do not match with each other. The users using the services provided by Theroyalplayer hould provide the documents demanded by Theroyalplayer ; none of the document alternatives would be accepted for the verification process.
The verification process needs 1-3 days for completion. In this regard, all the verification requests can take a time of up to 1-3 working days for completion. The users will be updated by Theroyalplayer regarding completing the verification process. Any change in the information provided by the User while registration or after should only be entertained if received in writing with a valid document of change. Users are bound to provide the change in their information to Theroyalplayer to update their system records. If the User fails to provide the same, the User shall be held solely responsible for failing to receive communication updates Theroyalplayer.
Withdrawals
In case your withdrawal request is not processed within 2-3 days after the date the request is made; please check your registered email address provided by you at the time of registration for any communications from Theroyalplayer. Any user if ever found to be violating the Fair Play Terms of Theroyalplayer which can be visited on "Fair Play," will be either blocked from playing further on Theroyalplayer or his/her withdrawal requests will be put on hold for violating the Fair Play terms.
In an event any user is identified to be a resident of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana amid the Theroyalplayer audits and had hidden this fact while registering at the platform will be blocked and his/her withdrawal requests will be put on hold. In case the withdrawal request of a user is kept on hold and Theroyalplayer at its sole & absolute discretion decides to process the withdrawal request of that User after he/she agrees to abide by the Fair Play Terms of Theroyalplayer then such withdrawals shall take 5-7 working days to process. Theroyalplayer holds all the rights to video call any user at any point of time to validate & verify his/her identity.
