The amount added to a user's Theroyalplayer account cannot be refunded, and can only be used for Contests organized by Theroyalplayer.
It is not possible for individuals using Theroyalplayer to cancel a transaction once it has been confirmed. At its sole and absolute discretion, Theroyalplayer may allow any user to cancel a transaction and refund the payment amount paid in an event: Theroyalplayer will not be liable to refund any amount following a notification that the User sends to Theroyalplayer from the registered email address to cancel such payment; or if the User pays for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the request must be received at least 1 day prior to the start of the round.
Theroyalplayer reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the user after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Also, users should pay attention to the additional terms and conditions during the transaction process. In any case where additional terms and conditions conflict with the current Terms and Conditions defined by Theroyalplayer, the additional terms will prevail. Theroyalplayer User Account source will receive the refund only for the amount used to join a game.
All refunds are processed through the same method of payment / financial instrument as the deposit. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to process by the internal review team.
